Metabolic Phenotyping for Predicting Weight Loss Response: A Translational Human-Mouse Approach
Prevention of unhealthy weight gain and/or obesity (PREVENT-OO)
Primary Objective
To test the hypothesis that baseline diet-induced thermogenesis (DIT), measured by the low-protein meal test (LPMT), predicts 12-month weight loss in patients treated with GLP-1 receptor agonists (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide).
